We are going through extraordinarily challenging times, with the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic spreading across the globe. Most of us are experiencing dramatic changes in our daily lives. In such a situation, it is even more vital to enhance our exuberance, inner balance, and wellbeing, so we can be a strong and uplifting support to everyone around us.
If you are willing to give yourself a small space of time that is very committed and focused, you can start and continue your day with a very phenomenal spiritual experience within you. This powerful experiences will leave you peaceful and joyful throughout the day:
Spending time on doing what you like:
We all know that this is important, all self help books tell you about it. But are we actually doing it? We are-but in our own way. We are searching for what we like using excitement. We try so many things but we always come back to a few that are always in our mind. And when we can catch it, this moment to what we’re coming back - magic happens.
Contemplation:
Find just a few minutes either in the end of day, week, month to sum up all the events to see what was planned and what you achieved. Look at what you can improve, and what went really well. Make a note of each interaction and add it to your mental notebook.
Exercise:
By exercise I mean each type of exercise whether it’s physical or mental. Yoga, tai chi, pranayama (breathing exercises) can greatly enhance your body abilities. Meditation, observation, mind exercises will help you a lot with generating will, energy and ultimately awareness. Martial arts are usually on both sides of helping us physically and mentally.
Meditation
One of the best tools as for starters and pros. Will never get old or get bad. Just sit there, calm down your mind, observe every thought coming to your mind and you will be able to direct your life More effectively.
Selfless service:
Be kind to other people. One act of kindness can go a long way! So many good things will happen to you unknowingly. Just saying something good to the person can make their day and they will be shining this energy to others.
Awareness
Raising awareness requires mastery of all the practices mentioned. It also requires no practices at the same time. Master it and It you will find the key that can unlock so many possibilities. With this key you can find a way out of any situation.
So little and at the same time so much is required from us. Make it a part of you and you will never be the same person. There is no particular order in what is better or worse. Just pick one at the time and do it for 30 days to make it a habit. Then add another one, and so on. Save it to your collection so you can access it at any time. Hopefully you will find it useful so you can share it with your friends so together we can change the world one person at the time.
Those items should become your daily practices when you are working on yourself. The more you do them, the closer you get to your questions about happiness, life and existence.
