My Morning Rituals

Most of your reality is not a given. It is shaped by your expectations, beliefs and thoughts you have formed about it. A big chunk of these beliefs and expectations are encoded into habits you integrate in your daily life.

I've learned and adopted habits from some of the world's most successful people. Each has a unique twist on their morning routine that could save you time, energy and a lot of peace of mind.

Personally, I do not set up alarms unless really needed. It is hard to force yourself to wake up early with our any reason. That's why I go to sleep earlier. After multiple tests of waking up late and early I noticed that I'm much more productive in the morning. If I think too much at night time it's harder to go to sleep because your brain is still on hi RPM.

Waking up early helps you develop better habits and improves your day-to-day productivity. You just need to tap the potential of this good habit, which leads to many advantages in both your personal and professional life. ( Tip: less people will disturb you in the morning hours, because they are all sleeping )

We all know exercise is good for you. But do we actually do it?

I have my daily practice, but it doesn't include making myself tired or being out of breath. That is just my preference for this moment in life. If we observe, the biggest results we can see from people who are doing it consciously. Do you remember coach telling you to do two more reps when you can't? At that point in time you use as much concentration as you can. Why don't you use that much concentration for each repetition? Just think about it.

Anyway, if this is something you striving for I'd recommend you to find a person like @alexandrofficial. He will save you a lot of time!

It is no mystery that meditation can have many positive effects on both the body and mind.

Adding a meditation practice to your daily routine can be a life-altering experience.

Can you notice how you feel right after you wake up? Isn't it beautiful? Wouldn't you want to feel like this all day? That's why I take a little bit of time in the morning right after waking up to keep in my memory those feelings so I can extend them throughout the whole day.

I use warm water, squeeze a slice of lemon and put a little honey and drink this water in the morning after my usual yoga and pranayama techniques.

This tasty drink has tons of benefits. If we only take scientific side will find these benefits:

Help Control Weight(cold water for gaining, warm water for loosing).

Protect Against Anemia( iron deficiency).

Refills daily need of electrolytes, potassium, calcium and magnesium

Refresh the body and dehydrate the system.

Joint and muscle pain will disappear.

Digestive system will be improved.

Get rid of throat infection and inflammation.

Protect the body from disease and raises antioxidant.

The nervous system getting stronger, and relieves depression and stress.

The blood vessels gets cleaned, and Blood pressure is normalised.

Vitamin C in lemon helps the skin to be clean and healthy.

The bottom line is multivitamins are not a ticket to optimal health. Eating a balanced diet of fresh, whole foods is much more likely to ensure good health over the long term. It’s best if you don’t take a multivitamin to compensate for a poor diet(fast food). But if you are eating healthy, it is good to be aware of some missing vitamins and support oneself this way.

Also I prefer vitamins that support you immune system instead of taking something your doctor prescribed after any damage.
